It was a tremendous success and a big thank you to all who supported this event. Watch out for the ‘write-up’ on the news page, coming soon.
On Sunday 1st September 2019 we will be walking to help raise much-needed funds for the Association and this year in particular, for the older dogs needing our help in their golden years. We would like to invite you to join us… everyone is welcome with or without a dog!
The walking route will again be in and around the woodlands of the village of Saint-Sauveur de Bergerac (24520) and will cover a distance of ± 9.5km. There are shortcuts for those who don’t want to do the full circuit. The route is an easy and enjoyable walk and is mostly in the shade. Registration starts at 09h00 and the walk will start at 09h30 from the camper van parking area in Saint Sauveur. Refreshments will be offered at the end of the walk, as well as Lucky Dip draw prizes for ten dogs.
If you are able to join us for the walk please print off a copy of the sponsorship form below and ask your friends and family to sponsor you (and your dog if bringing one!). And please remember to bring enough water for your dog and yourself on the day.
If you are unable to attend but would like to sponsor/make a donation to the Dog Walk, you can do so in two ways:
- Online via the ‘Donate’ button below.
You’ll be taken to a simple form to complete. Please tick the comment box and type ‘Dog Walk’ so that we can identify your donation.
- By sending a cheque made payable to Association Phoenix to the following address:
Peter McAuslan (Association Phoenix)
3 Chemin de Beynac
Please write Dog Walk on the back of the cheque.
Every Euro is appreciated and will be put to good use. Thank you!
If you have any questions at all about the walk or if you would like the sponsorship form or maps to be emailed to you please contact email@example.com
